Join the Impact 2818 team as we expand our all-staff training event to incorporate experiences that can help you and leaders at your church develop ministry leadership skills.
Learning Labs will provide experiences to acquire training in: Spiritual, Physical, & Emotional Safety, Developing Solution Oriented Staff, Age Group Characteristics & Demographic Analysis, Young Adults/Mature Volunteers, Group Facilitation, Emerging Leadership Development, Volunteer Training, Camp Counselor Training, Incorporating Camp Into Your Church’s Discipleship Pathway, Camp Director Forums, and so much more.
Bring your team to dig into training experiences, expand your safety protocols, develop leadership and facilitation of programming, explore training materials, and more.

Arrive: 12:30-1:00p Thursday, May 31, 2018
Departure: 4:00p Saturday, June 2, 2018
Included: Meals, snacks, and overnight lodging during the event are included starting with dinner on Thursday through lunch on Saturday.
Cost: If you were a volunteer with Impact 2818 in 2017 or are registered to volunteer in 2018, there is no cost for your attendance. If you are not a volunteer, the cost is only $100 to attend (meals and housing included).
Who: This is open to anyone who: works/volunteers in youth and children’s ministries, wants to expand their leadership, or wants to explore a deeper camp partnership in their church.

There are 3 general sessions with Jospeh Seger as our Keynoter. But, the majority of the learning times are in the breakout sessions led by different leaders with tracks focused on staff training, safety, counselors, directors, integrating camp with your church, leading small groups, and more.
