Throughout the year, Camp Rivervale’s grounds are filled with smiling faces of young and old alike as they experience God’s unconditional love. Our Camp is the home of the Impact Drama Camp. This camp is a special, magical place where the worlds of drama, recreation, and the outdoors collide. The Camp opens its doors every summer for other denominations to come and host their own camping programs. Besides summer programming, the site is rented out regularly for retreats, staff outings, school programs, family events, banquets, weddings and more.

The site is focused on serving groups by offering lodging styles that focus more on a communal experience (using common housing spaces that sleep large groups of guys or girls); however, there is some private housing as well. The site also features a host of fantastic meeting spaces that includes a full production, theatrical auditorium; a peaceful historic chapel; and meeting spaces for business or discussion.

Lodging Options

Otterbein Lodge

$30.00 - per person/per night
15% discount booking multiple lodges; (excludes Memorial Day - Labor Day retreats)

Otterbein Lodge is a year-round camp and retreat facility. This lodge is air conditioned/heated with a fire circle nearby for evening fires, s’mores and worship. Otterbein has a unique feature: a large fireplace in the center of the main room. The bedroom wing features 12 semi-private bedrooms with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed each.

The lodge features two bathrooms for boys and/or girls. Each bathroom has three showers, three stalls, and three sinks with mirrors. The lodge also includes a large meeting room that will hold 100 guests comfortably, tables and chairs are provided. There is no kitchen access for this cabin. Food Service is available at camp. Guests will need to provide their own bed linens, towels and personal necessities.

Dormitory Lodges

$30.00 - per person/per night

These lodges are air conditioned/heated and feature a lighted patio with chairs in front. Upon entering, you will arrive in the common room. Tables and chairs are provided. There is a fireplace with a wood stove insert. Rocking chairs are provided for relaxing around the fireplace. A crib of firewood is available for your use on the back patio during the winter months.

Off the dining/common room is a galley kitchen that is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner range, oven, and refrigerator with freezer, large counter top work area, 2-compartment sink, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Dishtowels, dish soap, paper towels and trash bags are provided.

There are two dorm style bedrooms. Each bedroom has bunk beds on each side including bathrooms and showers.Guests will need to provide their own bed linens, towels and personal necessities.

Sunset Cabin

$30.00 - per person/per night

Sunset Cabin is available from May through September. It is air-conditioned, and a space heater can be provided in the fall/spring if needed. The cabin features a lighted screened front porch with chairs and tables. Nearby is a fire pit and benches for your enjoyment and use. The entire cabin features hard wood floors. As you enter the cabin, you will come into the common room with a fireplace. A galley kitchen that is stocked with cooking and eating utensils is located off the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner range, a refrigerator with freezer, 2-compartment sink, a coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Dishtowels, dish soap, paper towels and trash bags are provided.

There are two semi-private bedrooms. Each bedroom has two bunk beds each. There is one bathroom with one shower, one toilet, and one sink with mirror. Guests will need to provide their own bed linens, towels and personal necessities.

  • Sunset Cabin | sleeps 8

Building Minimum is 5 people

Traditional Cabins

$15.50 per person/per night

Traditional Cabins are available late spring through October. The three cabins are air conditioned/heated, one-room dorm style buildings. There are 5 bunk beds in each cabin.

The cabins share a large central bathhouse by the pool. There is a boys and girls side. Both sides have 3 showers, 3 stalls, and 3 sinks with mirrors. Each bathroom is handicapped accessible. There is no kitchen access provided for these cabins. Food Service is available at camp. Guests will need to provide their own bed linens, towels and personal necessities.

  • Traditional Cabins | sleep 10

Cabin Minimum is 7 people

Home Style Dining Services

Breakfast - $6.50

Home Style Dining Service include our premier menu selections for your group. A meal will include a main entree, two side dishes, the salad bar or bowl, a dessert and beverage services.We also offer a basic campfire cookout of hot dogs and s’mores.

Wake up to scrambled eggs, cinnamon french toast or biscuits and sausage gravy.

For lunch you might choose Itallian Meatball Subs, Grilled Chicken or Pub Burgers all served with french fries and a garden salad.

Dinners are homestyle comfort foods like a fried chicken dinner, Lasagna Roll-ups in red sauce with warm breadsticks or a Burrito and Taco Bar with Cilantro Lime Rice with our California style salad bar.

All meals include beverages & dessert.
