Group Tickets come in two options, On-Site or Off-Site.

On-Site Tickets provide your group with all programming and lodging necessary for the conference; meals are not included.

Off-site tickets give your group access to everything at That Thing's program and assumes you are sleeping off-site (either using a lake house or driving in daily); meals are not included.

 

On-Site Private Lodges

This is the classic full lodge purchase that’s been in place since That Thing began. Each lodge includes a boys' room and a girls room for all of your students, bathrooms, a kitchen for meal prep, and a living space. Everything you need is right in your lodge and the entire experience is yours to customize. Best of all, this is the best deal since you’re buying the complete bulk ticket package.

Choosing the right lodge is as simple as comparing the number of tickets available in a lodge with the number of students you think you can get to That Thing. Don’t forget that you can partner up with other churches and sell or give tickets away to meet your needs.

Lodge Sharing

If you would like assistance in setting up and splitting the tickets and cost of a lodge with another group, please fill out this form ASAP.

  • The spec sheet for the lodges will help you to determine the gender ratios/numbers that you will need to balance.
  • Beds cannot be moved to accommodate for overloaded genders.
  • Appropriate Student to Adult ratios are required to be in all spaces where students are sleeping (1:10).
  • The cost does not include meals; meals may be purchased for an additional fee or you may prepare your own.

On-Site Private Lodge Fee Schedule

Deposit of $20 per ticket to secure lodge (Non-Refundable portion of deposit is $500 per lodge)
Scholarships – You must contact the camp registrar before May 18th to apply your students’ scholarships to your lodge balance.  Families should apply for scholarships by April 20th in order to ensure their application will be processed before this redemption deadline.
March 15 • 25% of total lodge cost is due
April 15 • 50% of total lodge cost is due
May 15 • 100% total balance, minus any redeemed scholarships (officially awarded by Impact 2818), is due

 

Off-Site Group Tickets

  • The most commonly used off-site lodges are Huntington Trinity (260.356.0961), Kokomo Grace (765.457.5329) and Decatur Heights (260.724.3158).
  • An Off-Site Ticket cost does not include food or overnight lodging at Epworth Forest CC. It is simply the program cost of the event. You will have full access to every program opportunity of anyone staying at That Thing.
  • If you are renting the lodge from a church, you will want to factor that cost into your overall budget.
  • Leaders do not pay to attend That Thing. They do, however, need to be signed up
  • In some instances, staying off-site may put your group further away from the rest of the camp. Please be aware of the additional travel times as well as a physical separation that may exist between your students and the rest of the attendee’s because of that distance.
