Discipleship Center

Capacity: 450 - 650

The Bishop Mike and Marsha Coyner Discipleship Center was opened in 2017 as a fully functioning Conference Center for large events. The main entry area features a beautiful entry lobby, including a customizable welcome/announcement screen, seating areas, and a large fireplace. The James Family Auditorium has seating for 450 (expandable for up to 650). Rental options can include staffed theatrical sound/projection/lights. The Fulmer Center for Young Leaders includes 3 A/V included meeting rooms. Each room seats 50. Two of the rooms can be converted into a large single room with a combined media interface.

Maxwell Conference Center

Capacity: 150

Located in the lower level of Armstrong, this meeting room can accommodate up to 150 people. Includes 2 Audience View TV screens for projection, and 1 presenter view screen, a wired and wireless microphones, a drinking service counter, and more. 8 and 4-hour scheduled use available.

The Tabernacle

Capacity: 250

The outdoor tabernacle (The Tab) is a covered building with 2 sides open to nature. The Tab has a stage, wings on the left and right, dressing rooms, a sound booth, a drop-down projection screen, and full production capabilities.

Opened in 2018, this modern, upscale two-story retreat center includes eight bunk rooms sleeping six or eight each with two ADA compliant rooms. It features a large great room, an upstairs small gathering loft, spacious kitchen, heating & air conditioning, fireplace, deck, and a fire circle.

Buck Lodge

Sleeps 60

Opened in 2018, this modern, upscale two-story retreat center includes eight bunk rooms sleeping six or eight each with two ADA compliant rooms. It features a large great room, an upstairs small gathering loft, spacious kitchen, heating & air conditioning, fireplace, deck, and a fire circle.

Merryman Retreat Center

Rooms with 2 Single Beds | 2 Rooms with 2 Singles and 2 Bunks | 4 Rooms with 3 Singles and 1 Bunk | 1 Room with 4 Single Beds.

The Merryman Center is available to rent April 1-October 31 with the comfort of a fireplace and a cozy common area where you can relax.

Otterbein Lodge

Otterbein Lodge is a year-round camp and retreat facility. This lodge is air-conditioned/heated with two fire circles nearby for evening fires, s’mores, and worship. What activities are available?

Activities are dependent upon camp location and vary throughout the year. Get in touch with your location to see if the activity will be available on your desired event dates.

How much does a meeting space cost?

Since we have a variety of meeting spaces at each location, prices vary. Please get in touch with us to talk about your needs, and we’ll help you find a spot that works with your budget.

Do you serve meals?

Each location has a fully-equipped commercial kitchen. If your group is 20 people or more, we can open the kitchen and do the cooking for you. Get in touch for a quote.

Can we cook for ourselves?

Yes, you can bring groceries and do all of your own cooking. Please note that kitchen spaces vary per location. To get guidance on the right space for your needs, get in touch.

Is alcohol allowed onsite?

No, alcohol is not allowed at our camps and conference centers.

Do you have any beds that aren’t bunk beds?

Yes. We have a variety of options, including full lodges, hotel-style rooms, and rustic cabins. Check out our lodging page for more details.
