Epworth’s Group Lodging Legacy Pricing

Purchase a block of tickets that include your lodging and your event program experience. The block gives you complete direction over the cabin you select and you can fill it as you see fit even subletting your space to other groups to join your group as you desire.

There are various cabin sizes from 18-54 and some groups even book multiple cabins in order to make their experience work best for their community or group of churches. Each lodge has an appropriately sized kitchen where meals can be prepared or you can utilize Epworth’s food service for an additional fee.

If this legacy pricing method has been working well for you and if you would like to use it in 2020 and beyond, that is still an option. Legacy pricing is available for lodge purchases to your church as long as you used it during the previous summer.

Free Adult Leaders

Each lodge you purchase comes with free adult leader beds (six in Buck, four in all other lodges). If you would like more space, you can rent a private hotel style room in Freeland at Epworth, or you may use some of your student beds.
